High-Capacity Throughput: 3 in 1 Gravity-Flow Depletion Column
Pump-free, gravity-driven depletion of albumin, IgG, and transferrin from 200 µL plasma for mg-scale recovery
Overview
A large-volume, gravity-flow column for depletion of albumin, IgG, and transferrin from 200 µL human serum or plasma, enabling milligram-scale enriched protein for in-depth analyses.
Affinity Medium
4 mL resin per column, each bead coupled to duck IgY(ΔFc) polyclonal antibodies selective for human albumin, IgG and transferrin—combining high capacity with ultra-low nonspecific binding.
Performance Highlights
- > 98 % depletion efficiency of albumin, IgG, and transferrin (SDS PAGE-verified)
- Yield: 3.0–3.4 mg enriched protein per run
- Reusability: > 200 gravity-flow cycles
Key Benefits
- High throughput: Process larger volumes without pumps or specialized equipment
- Exceptional specificity: No interaction with complement, rheumatoid factor, IgM or Fc receptors
- Versatile compatibility: 1D/2D electrophoresis, LC/MS, Western blotting, immunoassays
